Fight Gone Bad 6 tomorrow: 8:45am, 9:30am, and 10:15am classes!

Updated F.G.B. 6 Heat Sign-ups:
NOTE: We will run 2 heats per 45-minute sesssion, so one partner will do F.G.B. while the other partner counts reps and keeps their score, then you will switch (partners are shown below).  Make sure you come EARLY and WARM-UP ON YOUR OWN, because there won't be much time before your heat goes.  I will open the gym up at 8:15am for the 8:45am class to warm-up.  Yes, it is also Jade's and COACH JOSH's birthday tomorrow! Cake for time? Or Birthday Burpee off?


“Fight Gone Bad!”
3 rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20/14 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75/55 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75/55 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
