Colby leaves for his freshman year at Stanford!

Above: Today was Colby's last WOD with us till he returns for winter break.  He leaves for his freshman year at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA.  This summer Colby not only found CrossFit, but fell in love the program!  He will definitely continue to WOD at CrossFit Palo Alto as well as his school gym.  You will be missed, but we'll see you in December!

NOTE: We combined the 8am and the 8:45am sessions, because there was not enough signed up for the 8am!  So the first heat will start at 8:45am.  You will need partners for this workout, preferably someone who will be lifting the same loads as you.  I will partner everyone up once I close the sign-up on Thursday!
