Today's Workout:
A. Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets), complete:
3 x (Snatch Grip Push Press + Overhead Squat)
Build in load over the course of the 4 sets.
B. Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes complete (6 sets):
Hang Snatch + Snatch
Build in load over the course of the six sets.
C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12-minutes, of:
6 Strict Handstand Push-ups
9 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
12 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
DO NOT DROP BARS FROM OVERHEAD.
