*Sets 1-3 – 75% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk
*Sets 4-6 – 80%
*Sets 7-8 – 85%
B. For time:
50 Ground to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
Every minute on the minute, including the first minute, complete 5 Toes to Bar.
