Build over 5 sets - increase by 5-10 lbs from last week.
B. In pairs, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25-minutes, of:
400 Meter Run
15 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
10 Burpees over the Barbell
