L-sit Hold x 30-40 seconds
Double-Unders x 40-50 reps
B. In teams of three, conga-line fasion, perform three rounds each for time of:
Row 650/500 Meters
Run 400 Meters
20 Toes to Bar
Rest 1-minute once all 3 have completed the Toes to Bar.
