Important Reminder: New Hope Metro will be hosting Easter services from 7:30am and on, they will be using the parking lots in front for elderly and handicapped attendees.

Bench Press x 4-5 reps
Rest 2-minutes

Build over 5 sets.

B. In teams of two, alternating tasks, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
400 Meter Run
30 Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lbs)
20 Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
