B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Cals on the Rower
10 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75 lbs)
10 Box Jumps (24”/20”)
C. "Optional"
Two sets of:
30 Straight Body Crunches
