Bar Muscle-ups x 2-4 reps
Nose to Wall Handstand Holds x 45 seconds

B. In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete 5 rounds each for time:
20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
15 Toes to Bar
10 Front Squats (155/105 lbs)
