A. Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Split Jerk x 1 rep
(Perform all sets between 75-95% of your 1-RM.)
B. For times:
Run 1600 meters
Rest 3 minutes
Run 1200 meters
Rest 2 minutes
Run 800 meters
Rest 1 minute
Run 400 meters
