B. "2014 Individual Regional Event 4"
Complete rounds of 21, 15, 9, 6 and 3 reps for time of:
Strict Handstand Push-Ups or Hand-Release Push-ups
Front Squat (195/125 lbs)
Burpees over the Bar (lateral is fine)
Time cap: 20-minutes
