Jerk Balance x 3 reps
Rest as needed
Keep the loads light here, work on perfect mechanics.
B. Jerk
*Set 1 – 3 reps @ 60%
*Set 2 – 2 reps @ 70%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 80%
*Sets 4-8 – 1 rep @ 90+%
Rest as needed
C. Five sets for max reps of:
45 seconds of Strict Handstand Push-Ups OR Hand-Release Push-ups
Rest 15 seconds
45 seconds of Strict Pull-Ups
Rest 15 seconds
45 seconds of Row (for Cals)
Rest 15 seconds
