Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Clean Pulls x 2 reps
B. The Girls in October...
"Diane"
21-15-9 rep rounds for time, of:
Deadlift (225/155 lbs)
Handstand Push-ups
If your "Diane" time is under 4-minutes, perform the Handstand Push-ups Strict.
C. "Optional Accessories"
3 sets of:
Bent Over Dumbbell Reverse Flyes x 15-20 reps
Banded Good Mornings x 20 reps
Ab-Wheel x 10 reps
