A. Every minute on the minute for 15-minutes:
Clean and Jerk x 1 rep

Climb 5-10# every minute, then every 5th minute back off the weight and climb again.

B. 21-15-9 rep rounds for time, of:
Deadlifts (275/185 lbs)
Box Jumps (30/24")
