B. In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete as many reps and rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
3 Deadlifts (275/185 lb)
6 Toes to Bar
9 Regional Box Jumps (24/20")
Rest exactly 2 minutes, and then:
In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12-minutes, of:
Run 400 Meters (together)
12 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees
