See you at the box at 4:00pm tomorrow! Everyone is welcome to come to this event, both guests and athletes. First heat will begin at 4:45pm, so you all have plenty of time to warm-up. DO NOT COME EARLIER THAN 4:00PM! Coach Elyse has to workout at some point, too! Thanks!

    Breakfast- eggs, turkey and Canadian bacon, kale, walnuts, honey, coconut milk, coffee, fish oil
    Post WOD- protein and recovery shake
    Lunch- pork chops, zucchini, mushrooms, alvocado, jalepeno
    Dinner- pork chops, zucchini, mushrooms , alvocado, jalepeno, fish oil

    B - 5oz sausage, carrots, 1 papaya, 2 chunks pineapple, a few macadamias and almonds, 20g dark chocolate (85% Lindt).
    S - macadamias and almonds.
    L - hamburger salad (10oz organic hamburger, chard, spinach, EVOO, Mrs.Dash, pinch salt), blueberries.
    D - hamburger salad (7oz organic hamburger, spinach, mushrooms, Mrs.Dash, macadamia oil, pinch salt), sweet potato, 1.5 kiwis, banana Larabar (almonds, dates, bananas).
    S - 9g dark chocolate (88% Endangered Species).
