20-minutes to build a heavy Clean and Jerk.


AMRAP in 10 minutes, of:
2 Clean and Jerks (185/125 lbs.)
1 Rope Climb (15')

    B - 6oz sausage (chicken-apple), 1/2 small sweet potato, carrots, 1/4 avocado.
    S - Larabar (cashews, dates).
    L - 5 eggs scrambled (onions, 1/4 avocado), kale/chard salad (EVOO, balsamic vinegar), 1/2 sweet potato, 1/4 cup macadamias, almond milk (unsweetened chocolate), 2 pumpkin balls (canned pumpkin, canned coconut milk, egg, almond flour, coconut flour, 70% chocolate chips).
    D - 8oz wild ahi (sesame oil, coconut aminos, lemon juice, garlic, ginger), sauteed kale/chard, sweet potato pudding (canned coconut milk), 1 papaya.
