Don't forget to plug-in your score for 12.2!

Above: These 2 have put CrossFit 808 on the map, with their performances from WOD 12.2! Way to get it girls! Brandy is even going to attempt to improve her score tonight at Saturday Night Lights. Come watch the show!

Saturday Night Lights - Open WOD 12.2:
See you at the box at 4:00pm tomorrow! Everyone is welcome to come to this event, both guests and athletes. First heat will begin at 4:45pm, so you all have plenty of time to warm-up. DO NOT COME EARLIER THAN 4:00PM! Coach Elyse has to workout at some point, too! Thanks!

PLUG IN YOUR SCORES FROM 12.2!
Here's the directions for plugging in your scores:
  • Log-in to your CrossFit Games account by going here: http://games.crossfit.com/.
  • In the right-side bar, click on the that reads: Submit Workout 12.1 Score.
  • Click on "Performed at an Affiliate". 
  • Then, type in "CrossFit 808" as your affiliate. Give it a second and "CrossFit 808" should pop up below as an option, click on "CrossFit 808". It should now read "Performed at CrossFit 808"
  • Enter your total reps for Workout 12.1.
  • Click "Submit". Then double check your results and click "Submit" once more.
You must submit all scores by 5:00pm Pacific Time (so 3:00pm Hawaii Time) on Sunday, March 4, 2012. So, don't wait till the last minute, because in the past CrossFit has had issues with their website, and with 60,000 participants... I'd put the blame on you for trying to post so late!     Breakfast- eggs, turkey and canadian bacon, kale, walnuts, honey, coffee, coconut milk, and fish oil
    Lunch- pork chops, eggs, turky bacon, zucchini, kale
    Dinner- rotisserie chicken (sams), zucchini, spinach, fish oil

    March 4- day 19
    Breakfast- eggs, turkey and canadian bacon, spinach, paleo crunch cereal with strawberries, coffee, fish oil
    Lunch- rotisserie chicken, spinach
    Dinner- herb chicken, Brussels spouts, carrots, zucchini, strawberries, fish oil

  2. 3/3/12 - Day 18...
    B - 4oz sausage, brown juice (spinach, avocado, blueberries, strawberries, mango, pineapple, apple).
    L - 3 eggs scrambled (spinach/kale/chard, Mrs.Dash, pepper, macadamia oil, coconut oil), carrots, sweet potato, macadamia nuts, half apple w/ almond butter.
    D - 7oz meatloaf (onions, tomato paste, egg, spices), broccoli, sautéed mushrooms, watermelon.
    S - almonds, 20g dark chocolate (85% Lindt).

    3/4/12 - Day 19.
    B - sweet potato pancakes, 6 bacon, watermelon.
    S - carrots, macadamias.
    L - 3 eggs scrambled (spinach/kale/chard, Mrs.Dash, pepper, macadamia oil, coconut oil), carrots, sweet potato, half apple w/ almond butter.
    D - 7oz meatloaf (onions, tomato paste, egg, spices), Kale/chard salad (EVOO, coconut aminos, sesame oil), sweet potato pudding (canned coconut milk, ice,) 1/2 Larabar (dates, coconut, almonds, cashews, coconut oil).
    S - 2 pumpkin balls (canned pumpkin, canned coconut milk, egg, almond flour, coconut flour, 70% chocolate chips).
