Open WOD 12.5 - Deja Vu!
Super excited about this WOD! Many of you have done it during last year's Open or during class when it was programmed. Either way, this "C2B Fran Ladder" is one heck-of-a-workout and I can't wait to see all the PRs! Please make sure you all watch the MOVEMENT STANDARDS VIDEO (found: here). It is your responsibility to understand the range of motion required for both movements in this workout!

Thursday in-class validation:
6:00am: Kehau, Katrina, Mary, and Mia
8:30am: Peedi, Jenn, Lin, Val, and Jaimie
Noon: Sharnell/Rome, Kurt/Blaine, Jared, Horace/Jon, Maila/Mia, and Dustin/Coach Joe
4:00pm: L.J., Lai Lai, Lei, and Jules
5:00pm: TJ, Jenna, Jade, Janet, and Coach Josh
6:00pm: Ryan Willis, Bush, Mark, Jeff Mata, Jeff Chang, Peggy, and Linzy
