It was her first time trying CrossFit and she did a great job! Enjoy the rest of your stay in Hawaii! Today was also Erin's (dark green shirt, on the right of Rome) final WOD with us as she will be moving to Las Vegas tomorrow. I have already contacted my good friend and CrossFit Las Vegas coach, Vili, telling him about Erin! They are ready for her to kick butt on WODs! Best of luck to you, Erin!
