Today's Workout:
A. In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, compelte five sets (each) for time:
Row 500 Meters
5 Power Cleans (185/125 lbs)
10 Burpees Over the Barbell

B. Three sets of:
Hollow Rocks or Holds x 60 seconds
Rest as needed
Reverse Snow Angels x 15-20 reps
Rest as needed
