15.1 recap

CrossFit 808 Plan B's high scores for 15.1 came from Ryan Scott and Paige Castillo. High scores for 15.1a came from Mana Kauhola, Ryan Willis, and Paige. Congrats! Bring on 15.2! ‪PC: Kate Ikahifo
After week 1 of the 2015 CrossFit Games Open, here's where CrossFit 808 stands:

  • Mary Schwing, 60+ Masters competitor, sits in 1st place worldwide after 15.1 (5th place) and 15.1a (3rd place). This is Mary's 4th CrossFit Games Open, and she's hoping to go 4 for 4 in qualifying for the CrossFit Games.
  • Marsha Durbin, 50+ Masters competitor, sits in 104th place worldwide after week 1. Marsha is looking to qualify for the Masters Qualifier for the second year in a row.
  • Ingrid Rolles, 40+ Masters competitor, sits in 32nd place worldwide after week 1. Ingrid bettered her score in her second attempt of 15.1 and 15.1a. That takes some serious mental fortitude. Great work!
  • Matt Beals, 45+ Masters competitor, sits is 69th place worldwide after week 1. This two-time Masters Games athlete is looking for a third trip this year.
  • Dakota Rager sits in 11th place in the NorCal Region. He is hoping to earn his first trip to Regionals this year and needs to finish in the top 20 at the end of the 5 weeks.
  • Team CrossFit 808 sits in 3rd place of the NorCal Region and 34th place in the world. High scores came from Dakota Rager in 15.1 and Rich Korth in 15.1a. On the girls side, Elyse Umeda, put in the high score for 15.1 and Kyla Evers for 15.1a.
  • Team CrossFit 808 Plan B sits in 9th place of the NorCal Region. High scores came from Ryan Scott and Paige Castillo for 15.1. Mana and Ryan Willis both hit 332 lbs on their Clean & Jerk for top scores and Paige hit 195 lbs for the girls.
