Day 40 of the 50-day Paleo Challenge: Chili Cook-off winner!

...and the winner of the Paleo Chili Cook-off is Coach Joe and the runner up is Marsha! Coach Joe will be receiving a pair of Reebok shoes when the Nano's are released. All 5 contestants did an outstanding job with the chili. I can tell you the judges all had their own favorite chili and it made it very hard to decide a winner. The Mata's, the Brown's, Zachy, and Marsha you guys will all be getting some cool REEBOK gear when I get back from my trip to Reebok HQ at the end of the month. Thank you to everyone who came to the Potluck last night... it was nice to have everyone together and mingling with other class times. Everyone's dishes were amazing, so amazing that by the time I got to the food tables it was already gone! I guess we'll just have to host another potluck, but this time AFTER the 50-day Paleo Challenge. YUMMMM!
