Immediately followed by...

Snatch High Pull x 2 reps
Rest as needed
B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
15 Overhead Squats (135/95 lbs)
5/3 Bar Muscle-ups

Banded Good Morning x 20 reps
