A. Take 20 minutes to find your 1-RM Snatch for today.
(You may elect to do either a power or full.)
B. 21-15-9 reps for time of:
Hang squat cleans (135/95 lbs)
Chest-to-bar pull-ups
C. "Optional"
3-5 sets of:
L-sit on paralettes x Max Time
Rest as needed
*If you're really good at L-sits, only do 3 sets. If you're not as great at them, do 5 sets.
