*Sets 1-3: 2 Snatch Pulls + 2 Power Snatches + 2 Overhead Squats @ 60-65% of 1-RM Snatch
*Sets 4-6: Snatch Pull + Power Snatch + Overhead Squat @ 70-75%
*Sets 7-10: Snatch Lift-Off + Snatch from Below the Knee @ 75+%
B. For times (against a running clock):
30 Cals on the Rower
20 Toes to Bar
10 Power Snatches (155/105 lbs)
Rest exactly 2-minutes and REPEAT.
