B. Complete as many reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
3 Burpees over the Bar
3 Power Cleans (185/125 lbs)
6 Burpees over the Bar
3 Power Cleans (185/125 lbs)
9 Burpees over the Bar
3 Power Cleans (185/125 lbs)
12 Burpees over the Bar
6 Power Cleans (185/125 lbs)
15 Burpees over the Bar
6 Power Cleans (185/125 lbs)
18 Burpees over the Bar
6 Power Cleans (185/125 lbs)
21 Burpees over the Bar
9 Power Cleans (185/125 lbs)
Etc., adding 3 reps to the Burpees over the Bar each round, and 3 reps to the Power Clean every 3 rounds.
