B. For time:
50 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs to 10 ft)
5 Muscle-Ups
40 Wall Ball Shots
4 Muscle-Ups
30 Wall Ball Shots
3 Muscle-Ups
20 Wall Ball Shots
2 Muscle-Ups
10 Wall Ball Shots
1 Muscle-up

*No Muscle-up, sub Chest to Bar Pull-ups (x3) or Ring Dips (x3).
