Clean Lift-Off with Pause at Knees + Power Clean + Power Jerk
Build to today’s heavy over the course of the eight sets.
B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (155/105 lbs)
12 Hand Release Push-ups
15 Box Jumps (24/20")
