B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Deadlifts (185/125 lbs)
10 Burpees over the Barbell
C. Three sets of:
Back Extensions x 15-20 reps
Rest as needed
Hollow Rock/Hold x 20-30 seconds
