*Sets 1-5 = 2 reps @ 70-90% (building)
*Sets 6-8 = 1 rep @ 90-100%
B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10-minutes, of:
5 Squat Cleans (185/125 lbs)
10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
20 Double-Unders
