Back Squat x 3 reps @ 80-85% of 1-RM Back Squat
B. For time:
2000 Meter Row
100 Burpees to a 6" target
50 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (55/35 lbs)
*ABSOLUTELY NO DROPPING THE DUMBBELLS.
Perform this as if it were scored with two separate scores, and note each of the following:
1. Time for 2000 Meter Row
2. Total Time
