Immediately followed by...

Every 2-minutes for 10-minutes (5 sets):
Snatch x 1 rep

B. Take exactly 10-minutes to build to a 2-RM Overhead Squat.

C. 3 sets for max reps:
Against a 2-minute running clock, complete:
350/300 Meter Row
Double-Unders x Max Reps
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
