B. 3 rounds for time:
500 Meter Row
25 Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lbs)

C. Three sets, not for time, of:
Supine Ring Row x 10 reps @ 2111
Rest 45 seconds
Glute-Ham Raises x 6-8 reps @ 2011
Rest 45 seconds
