B. Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes (8 sets):
Clean x 1 rep
Build over the 8 sets.
C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
5 Ring Dips
Rest exactly 2 minutes, and then . . .
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
10 Pull-ups
