A. "Gymnastics Goat Session"
Take 15-minutes to work 2-4 gymnastics skills of your choice.
B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
12 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs to 10 ft)
9 Toes To Bar
6 Burpees
