AMRAP in 15 minutes:
9 Deadlifts (155/100 lbs.)
12 Push-ups (Game Standards)
15 Box Jumps (24"/20")
Today all of our classes did Open WOD 11.2 and what a workout it was! Who knew 15 minutes could HURT SO GOOD. If you had your score validated with us today, don't forget to report it to the Games site! Great job to all of our athletes for kicking butt in today's WOD!
Don't forget tomorrow (Saturday) we have our Paleo Seminar from 11:30am-NOON! The Paleo Challenge begins on Monday, April 4th! If you are officially participating, then bring in $10 for the buy-in and wear something we can take your BEFORE pictures in (ladies: please wear either tight clothing or a sports bra if you rather take your pic shirtless). These before pictures are for you, they are a GREAT way to monitor progress over the next month!
