Today's WOD:
A. For max reps (one set):
Strict Handstand Push-ups
Weighted Pull-up (55/35 lbs. plate + belt)
60 seconds of Double Unders

B. 6 sets of:
Power Clean + Push Jerk (build heavy)
Rest 2-minutes

C. 3 sets each for time, of:
500m Row
15 Burpees over the hurdle
Rest 2-minutes
