Kellie's on the Paleo train!

Above:  Kellie getting after her deadlift in today's workout!  She's been Paleo-ing for about a week now and stayed strong throughout this past weekend!  She is feeling a little sluggish, but that is normal.  If you see her in class, keep motivating her to push through the first 2-weeks!
