A. Every 90 seconds, for 15-minutes (10 sets):
Cleans x 2 reps

I want a medium, medium heavy weight.

B. Four sets of:
25/20 Calories of Assault Bike
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
5 Ground to Overhead (155/105 lbs)
Rest 4 minutes

Your goal is to keep each set around 4-minutes.
