Front Squat x 5-6 reps @ 70-75%
B. Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets), complete:
Clean from Mid-Thigh x 2 reps
C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
20 Wall Ball Shots (30/20 lbs to 10 ft)
15 Toes to Bar
