A. Every 10 minutes, for a total of three sets, complete the following as
quickly as possible, and then rest the remainder of the 10 minutes:
Run 1200 Meters
20 Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lbs)
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
B. Back Squats
*Set 1 – 10 reps @ 75%
*Set 2 – 8 reps @ 80%
*Set 3 – 6 reps @ 85%
Rest 2-3 minutes
