Front Squat x 4-5 reps @ 75-80%
B. Every 2-minutes for 16-minutes (8 sets), complete:
3 Clean Pulls to Mid-Patella + 1 Clean
Work perfect positioning on the pulls.
C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
2 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
2 Thrusters (135/95 lbs)
4 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
4 Thrusters (135/95 lbs)
6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
6 Thrusters (135/95 lbs)
8 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
8 Thrusters (135/95 lbs)
. . . and so on up the ladder
