1 day till the CrossFit Games! Are you ready?

Above: Our little field trip to Vegas! Also, our only workout of the day, but good luck with your WOD today!
Today's WOD:
Go to the park or the beach and do this workout!

"Brenton"
Five rounds for time of:
Bear crawl 100 feet
Standing broad-jump, 100 feet
Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. 
If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
