Today's Workout:
Modified Schedule: 6:00am, 8:30am, Noon
A.Three sets, not for time, of:
Muscle-Ups x 3-6 reps
Handstand Hold x 45-60 seconds
L-Sit x 30 seconds

B. Three rounds for time, of:
Row 500 Meters
15 Burpees
30 Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lbs)
