Front Squat x 1 rep
Rest 2-minutes or rest as needed

B. Take 15-minutes to build to today’s heaviest Clean & Jerk.

C. Three sets of:
Against a 3-minute running clock, complete the following:
300 Meter Row
Wall Balls (30/20 lbs to 10 ft) x Max Reps
Rest 2-minutes between sets
