A. Five sets of:
3-Position Clean
(one from the floor, then the mid-hang, then the high hang)
Rest as needed

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
135/95 lb. Hang Squat Clean x 6 reps
Pull-ups x 12 reps
