Today's WOD:
A. Front Squat
*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 70%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 80%
*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 90%
Sets 4-8 – 5 reps @ 75-80%
Rest 2 minutes between sets.

B. Three rounds for time of:
115/75 lb. Hang Power Snatch x 10 reps
Ring Dips x 15 reps
