A. Take 15-minutes to build to a heavy-ish Snatch.

B. In teams of two, alternating each movement, complete as many rounds as possible in 18-minutes, of:
115/75 lb. Overhead Squat x 10 reps
Burpees x 10 reps
200 Meter Run
