Important Information about the next cycle of our Elements Program and Free Intro Classes:
No Free Intro Class till Saturday, March 31st! We will be postponing our Free Saturday Intro Class till the end of the CrossFit Games Open, so if you are interested in trying out our gym please email and sign-up for March 31st. The next Elements cycle will begin the week following, so April 3rd. We will offer both the AM and PM session.

Saturday Night Lights: See you at the box at 4pm! First heat will begin at 4:15pm.

    Breakfast- 3 eggs, 2 turkey bacon, frozen grapes, almonds, almond milk, coffee, fish oil
    Snack- almonds
    Lunch- chicken breast
    Dinner- ribeye, bell peppers, pineapple, fish oil

  2. B- Turkey breast with cucumber salad and espresso with coconut milk
    L- Taco Salad (chicken, steak, lettuce, tomato, jalapeño, onion and salsa) and a Coconut Rome Paleo cookie
    Post Burpee killer- progenex with C20
    D- Wahoo's salad with shrimp

  3. 2/24/12 - Day 10...
    B - 6oz sausage (roasted red pepper), sweet potato, pineapple chunks.
    L - 4oz frittata (eggs, sausage, spinach, zucchini), half apple with almond butter, carrots.
    S - 30g dark chocolate (85% Lindt).
    D - Paleo stir fry (organic ground beef, zucchini, spinach, onions, olives, spices), half avocado, sweet potato.
